If you live in Poland, pack the item, attach the proof of purchase and filled in Exchange Form. On the parcel stick the bill of lading/consignment note which you will be sent to your e-mail account. Within 1-3 days we will send a courier to collect the parcel from you.

The exchanged item must be in the same condition as when purchased.

WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR THE EXCHANGE?

You have 14 days to exchange the item, counting from the date of receiving the delivery.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE?

Exchange in Poland is for free.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE EXCHANGED ITEM?

After collecting the delivery, we will exchange the item within 2-4 working days if you are from Poland. If you are from different country than Poland, the exchange can take up to two weeks after collecting the delivery from you.
